How do I reset my password?
Go to Settings → Security → Change Password. You will need to verify your identity via email or SMS before creating a new password.

Navigate to Card → Card Details → Freeze. Toggle the freeze switch to immediately disable all card transactions.
What are the transfer limits?
Instant transfers: up to $25,000 per day. Standard transfers: up to $100,000. International wires: up to $50,000.
How do I enable two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and follow the setup wizard to enable 2FA via authenticator app or SMS.
How do I dispute a transaction?
Click on the transaction in your history, then click the Dispute button. Provide details about the issue and our team will review within 48 hours.
